A Math website that covers all grades and all levels
www.ixl.com

This site allows children to work at their own level without it appearing to be any different than anyone else in the class. Students can practice specific strands or outcomes in math that they need more work in.
Look how well it matches our goals!

Goal 1: Student Achievement

By June 2012, 80% or more students will meet or exceed grade level outcomes for math word problems as measured by in-school assessments and report card grades.

Goal 2: School Performance

By June 2012, 90% of the school community (students, parents, support staff, and teachers) will agree that the school is meeting the learning needs of all students by differentiating curriculum, instruction, assessment, and learning environment.

Here's what they say...
"Practice makes perfect, and IXL makes math practice fun. With unlimited math questions in more than 1,000 topics, students improve their skills and confidence and always have new challenges to meet."

A new school year can be challenging, but with tools like instant assessment and individualized practice, IXL makes math instruction easy.

Every student is different, so IXL is different for every student. IXL automatically adapts to fit your students’ individual needs, giving more challenging problems to students who excel, and simpler problems to students who need more review. Our self-paced approach to learning encourages confidence—while making individualized instruction a snap for you.
Assessments are nothing new...but how about a new way to do them?
IXL uses a fresh, innovative approach to assessments—and you can start right away. Simply set up a roster and have your students start practicing—our patented SmartScore technology assesses your students’ level of understanding as they practice, giving you valuable insight in real time. In seconds, you will know exactly how your students are progressing, so you'll have more time to address trouble spots, teach new lessons, and give your students more individual attention. And now, for a special report…or 37 of them. IXL’s real-time reporting suite is the Web’s most advanced resource for gaining insight into student performance. Assessing improvement, pinpointing trouble spots, evaluating state testing readiness—it’s all a breeze with IXL.

CES currently has  a math program called Math Essentials which allows for some assessment of the lower elementary math skills. It is not geared towards students in the upper grades, however. The above site allows for continuous practice in the areas that students have a weakness in.
